Easily one of the greatest bands performing during the last decade, Human Drama is a must to listen to. With melodic music and meaningful lyrics, Human Drama will quickly charm anyone's musical senses. With a single track appearing on Geffen's Scream compilation in 1987, Human Drama's success and recording career began. They released their debut EP in 1988, Hopes Prayers Dreams Heart Soul Mind Love Life Death , in conjunction with RCA Records. They now have one EP and six successive albums.

The World Inside is undoubtedly Human Drama's finest album. This album illustrates Johnny Indovina's thoughts and feelings realistically and without disguise. This is an album I recommend to everyone, as everyone will be able to relate to its meaning and thoroughly enjoy the music.

Human Drama's musical influences stem from artists such as Joy Division, Lou Reed, Tom Waits, David Bowie, and Leonard Cohen, among others. The Pinups album is a cover album featuring many of Johnny Indovina's favorite songs and influences performed by Human Drama.
